“I would have liked an update on how my order was processing on the estimated arrival date. That was... the 11th Aug and I got an email on the 19th Aug that they had got to final inspection. We found the screws provided were of poor quality, the heads stripped out while using a screwdriver straight away, we would also have been short of screws, we appeared to have a single screw for each keeper, when there are two needed. For the small cost if screws it seems a shame to have a slightly negative experience, as I am really happy with blinds and the ordering process.” read more read less
