Aries: Motorised, thermal backed blinds - Aries with Battery Powered Motor: Alabaster (M2800)
It takes a few weeks to make up an order and dispatch the blinds, but the blinds themselves are of excellent quality at a really reasonable cost. Overall I’m really pleased with my blinds and recommend Rods and Blinds for motorised blinds.

I have had several blinds made for me by Rods And Blinds and the consistency in quality is fantastic. The team do a great job in producing excellent products and I plan to get a few more made yet as my partner and I have a home each with windows to upgrade. Resene thermal backed roller blinds - Resene Origin; Surrender (3517)
Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is with the hardware. They would be a lot easier to install and it would reduce the gap at the top if you changed the hardware so that the screws on the vertical side of the frame go in below the fitting for the blinds and then you screw the top of the angle bracket on the upper horizontal part of the frame to keep the hardware from rotating. Kind of like an upside down face with the eyes being screw holes, the mouth being the hole for the blind end, and an extended tongue (with a piercing) to screw in to the top. I could not get in a good pilot hole so ended up awkwardly cranking on the screws, banging up my knuckles in the process. The blinds are beautiful, though, and I would recommend Rods & Blinds.

Ultimate 5 Sunscreen Blind Range - Ultimate 5 - Concrete (5605)
The blinds are lovely! Such an easy process and they fit perfectly! Just take them out the box and hang, so simple and quick.
Only small thing was that they took a little longer than first estimated and we didn’t have any update until I requested it just before they were dispatched.
Thank you, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy blind from here again.

Picked up on time and are very pleased with both the quick turn around and quality of the delivered order. There was one mistake (missing one blind with a blind from another persons order included by mistake) but they quickly responded and replaced the missing blind promptly so 10/10.

Communication could have been better with us and it took quite a few weeks for one blind to be made, we just wanted to know where everything was in the process instead of us having to contact them to find out. Cant fault the blind tho....

I'm very happy with my four sets of venetian blinds. They were easy to put up and they look great. It was a big relief to see I sized them correctly, I measured the windows then a day later measured again, repeat until the sizes came out the same.

This is my third blind purchase and it wont be the last as I work my way through the house. The product build time varies depending on how busy they are but as long as you dont want them tomorrow you cant go wrong. Communication is clear and precise so measuring and ordering are easy. I haven't had a single problem with my order and would highly recommend Rods and Blinds

Turn around time between ordering and delivery was awesome. I would've liked more details on the confirmation email and the packing slip - such as dimensions of each rod and the colour ordered.
The quality of the curtain rods are excellent - no temu rubbish here!
